Mini Dragonware Pitcher Porcelain, Moriage Technique with Dragon, Japan
This vintage miniature pitcher was made in the Moriage (raised) technique. It's called dragonware and features an Asian dragon slithering all the way 'round the body of the pitcher. The handle and rim are trimmed in gold. On the base is the "Japan" mark. This piece dates to the 1920's-1940's. Height: 3 1/8 inches. In very good vintage condition. Use it as a vase, a toothpick holder, or as china for a doll.
