Ultra glittery Glitzy GLAM vintage Y2K black pullover double layer top by Piper & Blue. Front of top has an overlay of sheer mesh nylon embellished with rows of shimmery black sequins adding a Retro Disco party vibe. It looks like a tank style worn layered over a black tee, but it’s only attached in front. Very unique & eye catching.
