2 New Sealed NuvoMed Inside the Ear Rechargeable Hearing Amplifiers w Case. I waited a while before listing since I wanted to test these myself. My hearing loss has been accelerated lately but I am hesitant about getting a hearing aid. I got this entry level amplifier so I can feel if the whole concept is for me. This product does the basic job of amplifying sounds around you. It does not do a good job of differentiating between back round noise and conversation BUT it will help you hear people and TV around you clearly. It will transform your world in a way, back to what it was before, and it's relatively cheap to try. Sound quality is acceptable, but not exceptional. It's a little bulky and visible but again I bought it as a stepping stone to the more expensive and sophisticated aids out there. Very easy to use, and recharge. I am selling this in pairs since, well, two ears ... I recommend this for people in the same situation as myself looking to explore options and understanding the limitations of this price point.
