Ultra cute vintage 90s/Y2K casual pullover soft knit top by RUE 21 NWOT in a multi orange striped print. Ringer neckline, cap sleeves, straight skinny shaping. Has a nice amount of stretch for a figure flattering fit. Definite Retro 70 vibes, looks great paired with a denim mini skirt as shown.
