ADDITIONAL NOTES: The polka dot fabric is different from the striped fabric. The colors are not as vibrant on the polka dot ruffle and the black has a bit of a gray tone to it. Also this heavier fabric frays easily on the edges. Some loose / long threads here and there. Please see all photos. SOLD AS IS.
USES: Costume Accessories, Photo Prop, Dressup, School Play or Musical, Masquerade or Costume Ball, Fantasy Dressup, Roleplay, Cosplay, LARP, Anime, etc.
Clown Costume Collar. Has Velcro tabs on the ends. Well Made. 2 Layers of ruffles with a black mesh net in between them. Gently Pull layers apart to separate the fabric to give a fuller appearance. No elastic. Does not stretch. Fabric is bunched along a cord / string. It may be necessary to pull fabric around the cording to distribute the bunching evenly. The fabric is stiff and kind of smashed in some places and may have some wrinkles or creases from being in package. It may need some shaping / adjusting before wear. Unisex: Male or Female. No age specs. Most costume items are for ages 14 and up. Does have some longer threads that will need trimming (mainly in between layers). Be cautious to keep Velcro from the edge threading to prevent pulling the thread. Collar photographed Measures Approx.: 22". Please note length may vary slightly per collar. Can be worn regular or crossed over and pinned in the front to give a much fuller appearance. Photos shown both ways for reference.
