This necklace showcases an attractive blue topaz pendant. The pendant features a 10x8mm cushion cut blue topaz stone framed by sterling silver dotted designs simulating shimmering white stones. One genuine diamond is set in the midst of the pattern. The pendant dangles from an 18-inch rolo chain and is crafted of sterling silver. Total gem weight: 4ct, total diamond weight: .01ct.
