Large Serving Plate, platter or Charger Norleans Scenic Dragon Porcelain

Hello, here I have a Norleans Scenic Dragon Large Serving Plate, platter or Charger, made in Taiwan Republic of China. The serving plate is in excellent condition, no chips, no cracks, no repairs, on the back of the plate there is a small area of discoloration, please see pictures as they are part of the description. The measurements are, 12 1/2" across the plate, 1 1/4" tall.
