This is a rare and vintage copy of a Victory Printing and Publishing Company, Inc. publication titled VIM Vol.II No.4, dated JUNE 1955, featuring physique photography of muscular young partially dressed men / males in posing straps or less. This magazine for Vigorous Living is published monthly, by the Victory Printing and Publishing Co., Inc., and features PIERCE WALSH, a Boston University student, on the cover, who took up bodybuilding about three years ago to help build himself up for football. Pierce was later named to an "All American" team so the weights seem have done their job. Photo by JOE COREY of Cambridge, MA. SANFORD ALCORN, a 16-year old who boasts a 48" chest and 17" arms on the inside cover, by RIP SEARBY of Oakland, CA. I do not believe this pocket-digest has been read. See photos for condition.
