Front Cover - near mint...upper left corner is somewhat wrinkled, same with lower left corner, and the right lower corner.

Rear Cover - The lower left corner corner is lightly folded a few pages in, upper left corner lightly folded, but not as bad. upper right corner is wrinkled up, bent somewhat.
