That means it's UV-Coated (won't fade, peel, or crack) and waterproof. There is NO background in any of these decals. They are professionally cut, so the surface you apply it to is the background. Hint: if your windows are tinted, Black might not be the best option. Apply with our professional (easy to see through) transfer tape for easy installation.
