Thin Fabric material with White yarn like tassel on the end. Some yarn ends are frayed. Hat has a plastic fastener for tags that leaves small holes in fabric where attached. Some stripes don't line up in the seams and end stitching is a bit wobbly. Please see all photos. Hat may require some stuffing of a lightweight material such as newspaper or tissue paper to maintain shape depending on desired look. If no stuffing is used the hat will be flat like in the photos. The material may have some indentations or creases from being folded. Hat is not adjustable. Unisex.
