This is a bit larger probably for a draped look, It wouldn't fit on my mannequin without the wig. It's a fixed size, No adjustment. I measured it at approx. 22.5". Adult: One size fits Most. DOES NOT INCLUDE MANNEQUIN OR WIG/HAIR.
