NEAT FOR DISPLAY! We're back again to the good-old-days where things are just ordered and delivered! Sears use to be the king - even distributing complete houses! Old beat up, stained, ragged Sears Roebuck product mailing box containing 1916 (I think) Myers Awl-for-All sewing tool for leather or canvas. For the awl, the best I could make out through the rust on the fitting, has the logo production date of 1916 that is shown in the last picture (that one's for illustration not the awl for sale!). It still has it's three (rusty) needles inside the removable end cap. Everything still moves freely on the tool (wood cap, needle adjusting nut and dispensing wheel) so it likely really is still quite usable.
