LOVELY (appear never used!) CONDITION These lovely, crisp, cotton pieces likely date from the 19-teen's to 30's. You can either permanently fix to a dress, sweater, sweatshirt, etc. or just pin on when you're in the mood! MEASUREMENTS: COLLAR: Tapers from 2' wide at the back of the neck to 2/3/4' at the points; Inner neck edge 16' long and outer edge 23' : INSERT or ACCENT PIECE: 4' x 11 3/4' Tape lace creations are an old, very time consuming craft using straight or in some cases formed tapes sewn together with various needle lace fillings.
