Butterick 4294 sewing pattern jacket top and skirt size 6 8 10 misses uncut

This Butterick pattern is for a Misses' top and skirt. The envelop contains sizes 6, 8 and 10. This is described as, "Semi-fitted, double-breasted top has raised neckline, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, shaped hemline and long sleeves. Semi-fitted straight skirt below mid-knee or flared skirt below mid-calf, has waistband and back zipper. Version A has back vent." This is an uncut pattern in good condition but the envelop is very stained. This pattern was issued in 1989.
