This sewing pattern is Butterick 4562 issued in 1990. It is an uncut pattern with misses sizes 6, 8 and 10 in the envelope. The envelope describes this as, "Semi-fitted, lined, above hip jacket has shoulder pads, side front and side back seams, welt pockets, self or contrast bias biding and long sleeves. Flared skirt, below mid-calf or lower calf, has waistband and side zipper. A: attached underskirt. Very loose-fitting pullover top has back neck slit with button/loop and cap sleeves. Narrow hem." The pattern is in excellent condition but the envelop has some wear from storage and a rip on the back.
