Make any sauce, puree or salsa with this four-piece accessory kit for the Tomato Press & Sauce Maker. The berry screen has extra-fine mesh (3/64" holes) that removes all but the tiniest seeds. The pumpkin screen has larger, 1/8" holes and is ideal for pumpkin and squash purees and potatoes, as well as coarser applesauce. The salsa screen (1/4" holes) makes chunky salsa. The grape spiral lets you strain grapes while separating the seeds and skins for homemade juices — great for the home wine maker.
