ArtedeCobreDavidCopper does accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping (call tag or label may be issued at customer expense) and a 10% restock fee applies. Please contact us for any returns to receive an RMA number and complete return instructions. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging, product must be unused and in nopperew condition. Please do not discard original packaging because items will have to be shipped back with the original packaging and protection. Please check all items upon arrival for damage or missing items. Failure to do so will void seller responsibility to replace missing or damaged items. Any products that are damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt so that a claim can be filed and a replacement shipped.
