Durable china plates are divided into three sections, allowing a larger portion for the "main" course. Color of these plates are off-white. Some have a single green ring around the edges, as this one c. 1968-present. The 9 1/2 inch plate is in excellent condition, showing hardly any use at all. Plenty of shiny glaze and just minor utensil marks. It weighs a hefty 2 1/2 pounds!
