Answer: Though these roses are sold as houseplants in winter, they are outdoor plants at heart. Enjoy them indoors until spring, when they can be planted outside. Miniature roses are hardy to Zone 6 and up (and down to Zone 4 with protection), but require strong sunlight.
How do you keep mini roses alive?
Use a humidifier or put your plants on top of some pebbles in a shallow tray of water. (Don't let the plants touch the water, or the roots may rot.) You can also mist around your plants a few times every day. Minis need good air circulation.
