Vintage Sears Kenmore Buttonhole Worker Buttonholer Attachment with 8 different sized pattern template cams, feed cover plate, and instructions all held neatly in it's original box. The cams fit in the bottom of the attachment and make perfectly formed buttonholes quickly and easily. This type is attached directly to the presser foot bar when the foot is removed.
