Pharmacological action
It has a sedative effect, has a moderate reflex vasodilating effect due to irritation of sensitive nerve endings. It stimulates the production and release of enkephalins, endorphins and a number of other peptides, histamine, kinins (due to irritation of the receptors of the mucous membrane), which take an active part in the regulation of vascular permeability, the formation of pain. With sublingual administration, the therapeutic effect on average occurs after 5 minutes, while up to 70% of the drug is released within 3 minutes.
Composition
levomentol solution in menthyl isovalerate (validol) 100 mg
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Children under 3 years of age.
With caution
Prescribe to patients with diabetes mellitus (the drug contains sugar).

With prolonged use, mild nausea, lacrimation, dizziness may occur.

Dosage
