White bugle bead evening bag Artel Montreal flapper style excellent vintage ll1542

This little evening bag doesn't look like it was ever used making it very difficult to date. It was designed by Artel of Montreal and has the shape of an antique bag but I'm quite sure it isn't. The design is vertical bands of bugle beads and tiny white pearl beads. The back is all pearl beads. The frame is gold tone with little daisy like flowers. The inside is white satin and untouched. The chain is a replacement and perfect. The bag measures 5x6 inches not including the twist clasp. It is in perfect condition.
