Marx Type I (1955/1991*) Brontosaurus Dinosaur, Dark Purple Flintstones Reissue (from a 1991 Flintstones anniversary Ruby Edition playset). Approximately size 8" in length.. Any diorama details depicted are not included.
* Marx introduced its Brontosaurus mold in 1955,. The company continued to use the mold through 1979 when the company ceased to exist. In the 1970s, Marx's Brontosaurus came only in waxy colors. In 1991, the reformed Louis Marx & Company, Inc. (a Florida-based company who bought the Marx logos and much of the original molds) operation produced a 30th anniversary recast of the 1961 Marx Flintstones playset (referred to as the Ruby Edition).
