Handle Blank is NOT Included & NOT Needed.Proper Installation Requires the Use of Loctite BLUE 242. Attaching the Knob to the Handle Spindle:Now that the original knob has been removed and the spindle is exposed, with the bearing at the bottom of the the new knob, place the new knob onto the spindle. VERY IMPORTANT - Place a small amount of Loctite Blue 242 into the threaded opening of the spindle Then remove the top cap of the knob new knob and remove the small phillip screw from within the cavity. Again - VERY IMPORTANT - Place a small amount of Loctite Blue 242 on the threads of the phillips screw. Let the Locite set for about an hour. Then insert the screw into the knob cavity thru the top bearing and into the spindle. Tighten the screw down all the way until the knob no longer rotates. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN - Then back of the screw slightly permitting the knob to start rotating freely. The Loctite will prevent the screw for further loosening or tightening.
