You are looking at a shiny silver tone Happy or Smiley Face Dangle Mood and Glow Slider 5mm Italian Charm. This pretty charm changes color with your moods, and also glows in the dark! The photo shows the slider on an anklet. The slider will actually slide in either direction along the links. This is a very cute charm!
