American Tours IS silverplate 2 serving pieces American Silver IS 1910

This listing is for two silverplate serving pieces. These were made by American Silver. On the back of each piece is stamped what looks like a world with silverware in a crossed position above it and the initials that appear to be IS Co. I believe the pattern is called Tours and was issued in 1910 but I included a close up photo of the end for positive identification. The pieces include one sugar/jelly spoon 6" long and one master butter butter knife 7 1/4" long. These pieces are in excellent condition with no pitting, no loss of plate, no twists or dings
