Profusely illustrated w/ pen&ink line drawings at the head & foot of each story. Green cloth, illustrated front cover, black & gilt letters. Spine bumping & rubs, hd & ft, small frays at the corners. Both end-papers have darkened with age. Previous owner's inscription, in light pencil, 2nd free fly dtd. December 25th, 1890. No other markings. The gilt Title on the spine is scuffed in places. Minor scuffing & blemishes to both boards. Book is moderately canted, with some separation at the head, but still securely bound. Both hinges are sound. Three sections of 96 pages each (288 pgs total).
