Monet gold tone bangle bracelet brushed gold perfect ll1931

This Monet bangle bracelet was a Christmas gift and I can't get it over my joints. It has never been worn but it has no tags. It is 2 5/8 inches in diameter. The design is curving lines like backward "S"s all around the bangle. The inside and "S"s are polished gold. This is either gold plate or gold tone. Whichever it is very bright and shiny with no scratches or other damage. In the photo it looks like half is rose gold but that is just shadow caused by the bevel in the design. In perfect unused condition.
