The outside is a shiny vinyl, wet-look material in bright purple. The top zippered part is a black cloth material. The zipper pull is a shiny black, wet-look vinyl and has the Lancome rose debossed on a silver metal rivet on both sides. The lining is a bright purple, washable material and the sewn-in tag states "made in China". It has a 1-1/2" flat bottom so the purse/bag can stand without falling. It is pretty enough to use as an evening bag but can also be used for jewelry, cosmetics, valuables, etc. Item was a gift so any tags were cut off. Stored in a cool dry place.
