Oneida Morning Rose silverplate sugar sift 1961 like new Community Plate silver

This listing is for a piece of silverplate flatware. I believe this pattern is called Morning Rose and was issued by Oneida Community Plate in 1961 but I included a close up photo of the end for positive identification. This is a sugar sifter 5 3/4" long. I gently cleaned this and found it in nearly perfect condition with only a few light surface scratches from storage and lots of shine.
