Condition: This is a bound volume and is ex-lib so has usual stamps and marks. Covers show some wear and light soiling. Issue is sound. Few small tears. Hint of age discoloring on outer page edges. Nov. issue has page 95-96 tore out which had the articles: Smoke Abatement School in St. Louis and Oil Fuel Scare Discounted by Oil Producers. Dec. issue also is missing page 91-92 which is from the Correspondence section (pages 90-93). Overall a good copy.
