Ingredients: Orange peels, apple bits, hibiscus, rose-hip peels, saffron flowers, and natural blood orange flavor.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6oz cup. Heat water to boiling; let steep for 9 minutes. Use 1 teaspoon sugar per cup if desired. OR try it iced by doubling the amount of tea required and pour over ice after steeping.
