Cake Holder Vtg 70s Tupperware Clear Lid on Gold Base 11" Container Carrier EUC. This vintage 70s, collectible, 3 piece Tupperware cake/muffin/cookie/pastry holder (cake keeper/taker) was gently used back in the 1970s then put away in a climate-controlled room and recently rediscovered. #664-8, 11" diameter across the widest part less the handles, 6-3/4" high including base. You also get a carrying handle that attaches to the handles on both sides of the base (not shown) for ease of carrying the container around. Embossed on the container lid and base is the original "Tupperware" logo word. The lid is an opaque, clear color, heavyweight thick plastic and the gold-colored base is sturdy hard plastic. It fits most bakery cakes, wedding cakes, breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, pastries, biscuits or anything else you can think of that needs protection. Transports well from place to place or stores items while at home after baking up a batch of goodies. The vintage condition is excellent with no discolorations, cracks, gouges or scratches. Perfect for Tupperware collections, cake holder/cake box collections or just because you always wanted one and found these are hard to find. Stored all these years in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home. About TUPPERWARE: Tupperware was developed in 1946 by Earl Silas Tupper (1907–83) in Leominster, Massachusetts.
