Sewing Pattern for Vintage Style Town Dress with Capelet Treatment released in 1988 for Simplicity’s 60th Anniversary.
The “Town Dress” features a pull-over style with an 8 gore skirt stitched to an elasticized waistline which gives necessary fullness to the skirt that drops to a below calf length. View 1 is sleeveless with a waist lenth attached cape and tie collar. View 2 has a purchased lace collar with a single button closure and features elbow length flutter sleeves.
Pattern is Uncut and still factory folded. Envelope shows light storage wear.
