Retro Floor Length Brown/Blue Dress (custom made)

This dress was professionally and custom made. The dress has the following colors: dark brown, tan, white and blue. The dress has a regular circle neck, shoulder pads and ¾ sleeves. Two side pockets. I am not a fashion designer so I do not know the terminology for the pattern, but it is very feminine in front. It has an internal pleat in the front center. The back has a zipper and at the back of the neck it forms a v-neck. There is a certain stitching which gathers the material at the shoulders. The bottom front of the dress has an internal pleat. The back of the dress has a slit. The dress is floor length. It has never been worn. It is like new. No rips, tears, stains or snags. It was made about 15-20 years ago.
