This blouse was professional made. It is entirely red, long sleeve and has shoulder pads. It was made about 15 years ago. There are no rips, tears or snags. It’s in great condition. This would make an excellent holiday top (Christmas, Veteran’s Day, Valentine’s Day) with black slacks. Add a brooch and you will look outstanding.
