2017-P Lincoln Shield Cent Reverse Cud Error - BU Just discovered, this cud is located at approx the K4 position on the reverse. It is essentially a blob that connects the lower scroll with the edge. Unlisted at the cuds on coin site. It is larger than CU-1C-2015-01R, of which I have sold a couple. I've also checked it against the half dozen lower right side reverse die crack 2017-P coins I have that show bifurcation of the crack and can't find a match. This is the only example of this cud I have found. It's been my experience roll searching that Shield Cent die breaks are common to scarce, but true cuds that show more than a slight widening of a crack at the edge due to die decomposition are rare. Any additional info by the viewer about this cud's earlier state would be appreciated. Reverse also exhibits some die deterioration doubling at the center and left sides.
