This is a super cute vintage 1990 Terragraphics ceramic photo frame with kittens and flowers, designed by Liz Shepherd (name at bottom of frame). The frame is oval with a pop-out stand on the back (no hook for hanging). There are some paint rubs on the flowers and tip of the kitty in green vest's tail, but since the colors are all very light, this is not very noticeable. The outer dimensions are 6 1/2" x 5 1/8", and the opening is 3 3/4" x 3".
