Sophisticated, Victorian, this dwabs designs valance will bring style to any space. Made from designer pink, grey and white cotton fabric, there's a 3" tab top rod opening, together with five(5) white flowers at the top. This valance will give style to any room. Measurements 23” x 11” approximate. There are 1/2” baby hem at the sides, 1/4” hem at the top and bottom. At the top, about 3/4” under the cotton fabric , there’s a grey trim.
