Made from designer fabrics, it consists of two (2) layers of fabrics, there's 3" pocket rod opening, Measurements approximate, Top layer 38”x10” Bottom layer 38”x16” Also there is 1/2" hems at the sides and bottoms. Valance is detailed: at the 3" mark under the pocket rod opening, there are 2 non adjustable loops adorned with 2 white flowers, starting 7” from both sides.
