Publication Information: McLoughlin Bros. Inc., Springfield Mass. No date found but from doing research it was estimated from the mid 1920s.
Additional Information: Illustrated by Noble Ives: 4 full page color illustrations (on one I can’t find the signature) and eight black& white drawings. Pages are not numbered but there are 10 pages.
Summary: Short story about a miller who had three sons whom he divided his property among when he died. His property consisted of a mill, his ass, and his cat & a pair of boots.
Condition: Softcover, approx. size 11.5 x 8.25. Shows some wear and slight soiling on covers. Front cover has a small piece missing at the top near the binding. Text has a few small light soiled spots. Overall good plus.
