The machine has 8 modes-You can press the "MODE" button to switch modes with a total of  8 modes: Acupuncture, Stroke, Massage, Cupping, Manipulation, Scraping, Weight Reducing Immunotherapy 4. Slowly adjust intensity with the "Strong" button: Increase strength  (1-15 , 15 is the highest) "Weak" button: Weakened strength (1-15 ,15 is the highest) Friendly Note: 1.Give your body a minute or two to Let your body adjust to each step of increased intensity  2.
