Vintage Pinking Shears By Wiss. Quality Steel with Black Handle. They're 7 1/2"L, and are made very strong. They're stamped: WISS CB7, U.S.A. Circa 1965.
Pinking Shears are Scissors with a Serrated Blade, used to cut a Zigzag edge in fabric to prevent it from fraying.
