Fitted blouse has princess seams, front button-down closure, sleeves with continuous lap, pleats, button cuffs, and French seams. Narrow hem. A, B: Ruffled sleeve cuffs. A, B, C, D: Pointed shirt collar and collar band. D: Front ruffles. E, F: Bias collar extends into tie ends. Sleeve ruffles A, B and flounces D: Very narrow hem, wrong side shows.
This pattern is for sizes B5 (8, 10, 12, 14, 16).
Suggested Fabrics: Crepe de Chine, Challis, Georgette, Charmeuse.
Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
