ABOUT THE NUT TREE AT VACAVILLE, CA
As part of the Nut Tree collection, this print along with all the Nut Tree posters and prints are no longer available anywhere. The Nut Tree, a huge icon today in name only, and only recently reopened under new management, was a famous restaurant, memorabilia shopping center, and airport in Vacaville, California. The shopping center closed in January, 1996. It originally had its origin as early as 1860, and gave weary travelers welcome shade to those going back and forth to the hot Sacramento Valley. Now closed and with only the airport still in operation, these Nut Tree photo collections are very rare. At the bottom of each print, they designated each piece as part of the Nut Tree Collection. This print is #35 in a series from the Nut Tree Aviation collection.
This poster/print is over 34 years old.
