This is a Vintage COTY Highly Polished Stainless Seel Egg, NUANCE Cream Perfume - 15 oz solid.
Due to the age of this, I would say it is from the early 1980's, I would discard the cream perfume and use the egg as a pill container or fill it with your favorite lip balm, cream, makeup, whatever!
It has a nice, heavy feel to it - very well made as you would expect from a piece made 30-40 years ago.
