Simplicity 2212 boys shirt vintage 1957 pattern size 12

This is a vintage 1957 pattern from Simplicity, 2212, for a boy's shirt. This is in size 12, chest 30. This is cut but complete and all pieces are in good shape. The envelop is a little yellow and torn. The description reads: All views have back yoke that joins to front in a forward shoulder seam, set-in sleeves; pointed collar. Long sleeves pleated to buttoned waistbands which have top-stitching as does button down collar.
