5 Assorted Texas Edible Fig Cuttings Unrooted
Figs can grow into large trees but can also be kept small by pruning them as shrubs, allowing them to be grown in the smallest of backyard or Patio spaces - an advantage for urban edible landscapers. Ficus caricas are very productive and have a mild sweet flavor. Fruiting begins in May and lasts all summer long. Trees are cold hardy and tolerate cold temps. Zone 7-10. Fruits are great for baking, jams, sauces, drying, freezing and fresh eating. Makes a wonderful Bonsai project. 5 random cuttings for self-rooting (Texas Everbaring, Brown Turkey, Celeste) no label.
