Luckily, we've put (almost) all of them into this kegerator conversion kit to make it easy!It starts with 100% stainless-steel components. Craft cocktails, and the ingredients inside them, can be very corrosive to your draft system, much more so than draft beer. Luckily, with all stainless steel, you don't have to worry about that, as stainless steel will not corrode over time.It also requires a Corny, or Cornelius keg for batching the cocktail and a ball-lock disconnect to connect the keg to the barrier line, which will transport the cocktail up through the draft tower to the faucet tap. This kit includes the Corny keg parts you need for proper setup, though not the keg.Many carbonated cocktails, such as a variety of Sours, are properly served with a foamy head atop. The included nitrogenating keg lid with a diffusion stone inserts directly into the top of the Corny keg, allowing you to create the cascading effect and the proper foam head found in a variety of craft cocktails.For a full carbonated draft cocktail setup, you'll need a CO2 air tank and CO2 regulator, but a standard CO2 draft faucet. This kit includes the CO2 tank regulator and stainless steel shank. It does not include the tank itself.In serving draft cocktails, you'll want maximum control of your pour. That's why this kit includes the top-notch Perlick 650SS Flow Control Faucet. This faucet tap allows you to regulate the speed of your pour with a simple flow-control lever.
